• Applying microservices architectures effectively and successfully.
• Leveraging NoSQL databases in advanced scenarios (e.g., ElasticSearch, Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis).
• Implementing event-driven architectures and using tools like Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.
• Excelling as a C# (.NET) expert in designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for best practice improvements and driving technical change across teams.
• Supporting the team with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices to maintain platform availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensuring adherence to security best practices within the team.
• Partnering across engineering teams to drive key technical decisions and strategies.
• Solving complex technical problems with a strategic, big-picture approach.
• Working effectively in an Agile development environment.

👤 Profile sought :

Education : 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience : 

At least 4 years as a Software Engineer.

Technical and Soft Skills :

• Strong expertise in microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch preferred, Redis, MongoDB or Dynamo).
• Exceptional knowledge of C# (.NET).
• Familiarity with SRE best practices and security protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement best practices across teams.
• Leadership abilities within engineering teams.
• Mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers.
