The team is driven, passionate, and motivated to deliver the best circular economy solutions to customers and partners. They are now looking for a Developer to work on developing and maintaining our core product using modern web technologies and best practices.

🚀 Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies.
• Build reusable UI components using ViewComponents.
• Implement real-time features leveraging Turbo and modern JavaScript practices.
• Optimize and manage PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Work with caching technologies like Redis for performance enhancement.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor peers.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability.
• Monitor system health using logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Education : 

Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

• Ruby on Rails (strong proficiency)
• Hotwire stack: Turbo and Stimulus
• ViewComponents for frontend architecture
• PostgreSQL, including query optimization
• Redis (or similar caching systems)
• RESTful API development and integration
• JavaScript best practices and modern frameworks
