🚀 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance Python APIs using FastAPI

• Own and maintain backend services critical to AI and recruiting operations

• Create scalable microservices and asynchronous data pipelines (events, Pub/Sub)

• Work on data-intensive systems leveraging PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Redis

• Build cloud-native infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and observability at scale

• Make architecture decisions with long-term impact

• Progress toward a Tech Lead role with increased ownership and leadership

👤 Profile sought:

🎓 Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

💼 Experience: 5+ years in backend development with a strong focus on Python

💻 Expertise in:

• FastAPI or similar frameworks

• API design and backend architecture

• Cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Scalable and production-ready system design

• 💡 Strong attention to clean code, reliability, and system performance

• 🌐 Languages: English fluency required

• ✅ Located in Europe and open to remote collaboration
