🚀 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning and AI-driven applications, including NLP, supervised and unsupervised algorithms.

• Experiment with multiple approaches to problem-solving through rapid prototyping.

• Identify relevant datasets and drive annotation processes for machine learning use cases.

• Iteratively train, retrain, and evaluate models, performing statistical analysis of results.

• Collaborate with expert talents to deploy scalable AI products and services.

• Monitor and assess state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, emerging technologies, and academic research.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute creatively to solving business challenges using novel AI techniques.
  
  

👤 Profile sought:

Degree: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer, or

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

Technical skills:

• Strong expertise in Scala (mandatory) and experience with Scala Play Framework.

• Advanced experience with Elasticsearch.

• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

• Experience with microservices architecture and content-based applications.

• Strong understanding of AI techniques (NLP, classification, clustering, optimization, deep neural networks) and their mathematical foundations.

• Knowledge of data structures, semantic extraction, and text representation in NLP contexts.

• Proficiency in Python (OOP) preferred.

• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

• Experience building APIs (RESTful, asynchronous, etc.).

• Familiarity with LLMs is a plus.

• Ability to write clean, production-ready code.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are an asset.
