📁 About our client:
Our client is a global LegalTech organization operating modern, cloud-based platforms at scale. They foster a strong DevOps culture, focusing on automation, security, reliability, and continuous improvement across their infrastructure and engineering teams.
🚀 Responsibilities:
Design and build robust, scalable cloud architectures aligned with business needs, optimizing cost, performance, and security.
Produce and maintain documentation for infrastructure design, deployments, disaster recovery, and operational procedures.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance processes to improve operational efficiency.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Deploy and operate applications in the cloud, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of containerized applications.
Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security) and proactively mitigate security threats.
Monitor cloud usage and drive cost optimization, including right-sizing and use of reserved or spot instances.
Lead optimization efforts for Elasticsearch infrastructure, including index and query performance.
Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
👤 Profile sought:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Cloud / DevOps role.
Technical skills:
Proven experience designing and implementing complex cloud infrastructure solutions.
Strong expertise with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (other providers are a plus).
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.).
Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk).
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
Experience with networking concepts (VNets, subnets, routing, DNS, peerings) is a plus.
Experience implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Strong background in performance tuning and infrastructure optimization.
Security-first mindset across all DevOps and infrastructure practices.
Nice to have:
Scripting or programming skills (Python, Shell, Java, .NET).
Experience implementing advanced monitoring and logging solutions.
Exposure to project management and DevOps strategy implementation.
Ability to apply business analysis thinking when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Languages:
Fluent in English; Portuguese or other languages are a plus.
